Agrivoltaic Solutions LLC (AVS) is a family business led by husband-and-wife team Lewis Fox and Niko Kochendoerfer. AVS was founded in 2018 and has grown over the years to include both managed solar grazing and co-location consulting. AVS contracts the vegetation management for sites in Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine, New York, Pennsylvania, and Illinois. AVS has also created managed grazing plans for over 30,000 acres of grazed solar in the United States. Agrivoltaic Solutions is a longtime supporter and member of the American Solar Grazing Association.
